New York, NY. - May 16, 2007 - enano® computers today debuted a new line of energy efficient, ultra small form factor PCs at New York City’s RCS Experience – renowned for its dedication to customer satisfaction. The fledgling San Diego-based company’s Big Apple-launch comes fresh on the heels of New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s ambitious plan to make the United States’ most efficient city even more “green.” The four different enano e2s are ultra small form factor, desktop PCs that operate up to 95% quieter, 80% more energy-efficient, 65% cooler and takes up 75%+ less space than standard desktops – perfect for space and energy-conscious New Yorkers.

The e2 enanos from RCS Experience are now in stock and replace the original enanos which debuted in December, 2006 at RCS Experience.
Configurations available at RCS Experience for the new “e2” generation enanos include the ex5511 with a 1.67 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T5500, 1GB RAM, 100GB HDD available for general purpose personal computing with Windows® XP Pro loaded.
Two models -- the e2 ex5500 and the e2 ex5600 -- are specifically designed for professional business users loaded with Windows® Vista Business featuring a 1.67 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 in the ex5500 and a 1.86 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T5600. The ex5500 also features 2GB RAM and 100GB HDD. In the ex5600, users will find 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD and 8xDVD+/-RW slot load. The ultimate – the ex7400u available from RCS Experience -- is specifically designed for the home entertainment enthusiast and features 2.16 GHz Intel Core Duo Intel Core 2 Duo T7400, 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, 8xDVD+/-RW slot load plus a TV Tuner Card (w/coax and antenna) with Media Center IR Remote Control and comes preinstalled with Windows® Vista Ultimate.
The first enanos introduced in mid-2006 were one of the first PCs to address Apple Computer’s success of the Mac-Mini. The e2 are ROHS compliant and operate cool to the touch. Noise levels of the e2 are said to be quieter than that of the Mac-Mini and less bulky than the Mac-Mini or its enano predecessor.
